Terms of Service
Last updated November 7, 2026
These terms apply when you use Vibez Nation's website or buy tickets through it. By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Who we are
The site is run by Vibez Nation LLC (“Vibez Nation,” “we,” “us”). We sell tickets for live events and provide the technology to do it. Organizers who sell through our platform use a separate organizer agreement.
Our role
For most events, the event is put on by the organizer named on the event page (“Presented by”). The organizer, not us, is responsible for the event itself: the lineup, the venue, the schedule, the experience and the safety of the show. We sell and deliver the tickets and handle payments and refunds as described in the Refund Policy.
Some events link to another seller to buy tickets. In that case your purchase is with that seller, their terms and refund rules apply, and we are not a party to the sale.
Buying tickets
- The price you see is the price you pay. Service fees and any applicable tax are included in the price shown before you check out.
- Your order is confirmed when payment succeeds. We hold tickets for you for a short time while you check out, then release them.
- Tickets are delivered by email and in your account as QR codes and PDFs. Each QR code works once. Don't post or share pictures of your tickets, because anyone who scans a copy first gets in.
- You can transfer tickets to someone else from your account where the event allows it. We may cancel tickets we believe were obtained by fraud, bots, or in breach of these terms.
- You may not resell tickets for a commercial purpose or above face value unless the law and the organizer allow it.
- Order limits apply. We may refuse or cancel orders that go over them or look like abuse.
Event changes, cancellation and postponement
Dates, times, lineups and venues can change. If an event is cancelled, postponed or materially changed, your options are in the Refund Policy.
Attending an event
- Age limits, ID checks and house rules are set by the organizer and venue and shown on the event page. You may be refused entry, or removed, for not meeting them, for unsafe conduct, or for not following staff instructions, without a refund.
- Venues may search bags and people. Photo and video may be taken at events, and by attending you allow your image to appear in that footage.
- Live events carry risks, including loud sound, crowds, strobe and other effects. You attend at your own risk, to the extent the law allows.
Using the site
Don't use the site to break the law, to buy tickets with automated tools or bots, to get around purchase limits or the waiting room, to interfere with the site or other people's use of it, or to scrape it in ways that strain our systems. Our public event feeds and sitemap are provided for normal use. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login private and your details accurate. You're responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
Content and intellectual property
The site, its design and its software belong to us or our licensors. Event names, images and descriptions belong to the organizers and artists. You may view the site and use your tickets for personal, non-commercial use, and may not copy or reuse our content beyond that without permission.
Disclaimers
The site and tickets are provided “as is” and “as available.” We don't promise that the site will always be available or free of errors, and we don't promise that any event will go ahead as planned. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all other warranties.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the site or from an event. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid us for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited, and some places don't allow these limits, so they may not fully apply to you. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of organizers, artists, venues or other attendees.
Indemnity
You agree to cover losses and costs that come from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site, to the extent the law allows.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you and we consent to those courts. Before filing a claim, please email us so we can try to fix the problem.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it. Changes don't affect tickets you already bought.
