Refund Policy

Plain answers on what happens to your money. Prices on Vibez Nation include fees and tax, so there are no surprise charges and nothing hidden to give back.

If an event is cancelled

You get a full refund, including fees, to the card you paid with. It happens automatically, and you don't need to ask. Banks usually post refunds within 5 to 10 business days.

If an event is postponed or rescheduled

Your tickets stay valid for the new date. We email you the new date and your order page shows it. If the new date doesn't work for you, contact us and we'll work with the organizer on your options. Refunds for a rescheduled date are at the organizer's discretion unless the law says otherwise.

If the event changes

Changes to the lineup, set times, opening acts or similar details are normal and aren't a reason for a refund unless the event is changed so much it's no longer the event you bought. Contact us and we'll look at it.

If you can't go

Ticket sales are final unless the organizer's own policy, shown on the event page, says otherwise. If you can't attend, you can often transfer your tickets to a friend from your account.

Lost your tickets?

You don't need a refund or a new purchase. Open your order link from your confirmation email, or sign in to your account, and download your tickets or receipt as a PDF anytime.

Mistakes and unauthorized charges

If you were charged twice, charged the wrong amount, or didn't make the purchase, email us within 30 days and we'll fix it. Please contact us before filing a dispute with your bank, since we can usually resolve things faster.

Events sold on another site

Some events send you to another ticket seller. For those, that seller's refund rules apply, and you'll need to contact them.

How to ask for a refund

Email info@vibeznation.com with your order number and the email you used to buy. We reply within a few business days.

Nothing in this policy takes away rights you have under the law where you live.
