This explains what personal information Vibez Nation LLC (“Vibez Nation,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use our site and buy tickets, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, email address, the tickets you bought, seat choices and order history.
• Payments: card payments are handled by Stripe. Your full card number goes straight to Stripe and is never stored on our servers.
• Account: if you create an account, your login details.
• Messages and sign-ups: what you send us through contact or group-booking forms, and your email if you join our email list.
• Technical data: your IP address, device and browser type and pages visited, collected in server logs and to keep the site secure.
• Event entry: when tickets are scanned at the door we record that the ticket was used.

How we use it

• To sell and deliver tickets, take payments, send receipts and order messages, and handle refunds and support.
• To run and protect the site, prevent fraud and abuse, and fix problems.
• To send you event news if you joined our email list. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it, and to measure whether our advertising works.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

• The organizer of an event you buy a ticket to gets your name, email and order details so they can run the event and contact ticket holders about it.
• Service providers that help us operate: Stripe (payments), Amazon Web Services (hosting and email delivery) and similar tools. They may only use your data to provide their service to us.
• Authorities and others when the law requires it, to protect people's safety or our rights, or in a sale or restructuring of our business.

We don't sell your personal information for money.

Cookies, local storage and advertising tools

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your cart and remember which link brought you here (for 30 days), so we can tell which shared links work. Event pages may also load advertising and analytics tools from Meta, TikTok, Google, Snap or Pinterest when the organizer or we have turned them on, to measure ads and show relevant ones. Those companies may collect data about your visit under their own policies. You can limit this through your browser settings, your device's ad settings, and tools like the Global Privacy Control, which we honor where required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep order and ticket records as long as needed for refunds, accounting, tax, fraud prevention and legal reasons, and delete or anonymize them when they're no longer needed. We keep email-list addresses until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

• Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. You'll still get order messages about tickets you bought.
• Your data: depending on where you live (for example California and other US states), you may have the right to know what we hold about you, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of the sharing of data for advertising. To use these rights, email us at info@vibeznation.com. We may need to verify it's you, and we can't delete records we're required to keep. We won't treat you differently for using your rights.

Security

We use encryption in transit, restrict who can access data, and rely on trusted providers. No system is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

Children

The site isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information. Many events have their own age limits.
